What is the difference between coworking and office hotels?

The traditional type of a serviced office has existed in Sweden since the 1980s, with a focus on providing private offices and basic business services, such as reception support. Coworking spaces emerged in the early 2000s as a reaction to traditional offices being perceived as too antisocial. The coworking trend gained momentum across the Atlantic and arrived in Sweden via Berlin and other major European cities.

Coworking spaces, like traditional office hotels, rent out private offices but instead they focus on promoting collaboration, networking, and creativity. Today, many people mix up the terms office hotel and coworking, but they usually refer to coworking when they say office hotel.

Our workspaces are located in convenient locations with easy access to public transportation and everything else that facilitates for you and your team. We take care of all services, and it's included in the price, of course. You can also scale up and down according to your needs in a smooth manner.

We have offices of varying sizes, and there is the possibility to rent individual offices as well as several interconnected office rooms, depending on what you and your team need. Our smallest offices are 6 square meters, and our largest are several hundred square meters, which allows us to tailor a solution completely to your company's needs.

At Mindpark, there are also several flexible coworking options available in the form of desks and lounge areas that can be rented separately or in combination with offices. More information on that can be found here.

Mindpark is located in Lund, Malmö city, Malmö Hyllie, Helsingborg och även i Göteborg vid Järntorget and in Mölndal.
