What is the difference between coworking and office hotels?

The traditional type of office hotel has existed in Sweden since the 1980s, with a focus on providing private offices and certain business services, such as reception services. Coworking spaces emerged in the early 2000s as a response to the perception that traditional office hotels were too unsocial. The trend of coworking spaces grew across the Atlantic and made its way to Sweden through Berlin and other European cities.

Our workspaces are located in convenient locations with easy access to public transportation and everything else that facilitates for you and your team. We take care of all services, and it's included in the price, of course. You can also scale up and down according to your needs in a smooth manner.

We have offices of varying sizes, and there is the possibility to rent individual offices as well as several interconnected office rooms, depending on what you and your team need. Our smallest offices are 6 square meters, and our largest are several hundred square meters, which allows us to tailor a solution completely to your company's needs.
