Conference Helsingborg

At Mindpark Helsingborg there are excellent opportunities for meetings, conferences, workshops and larger events such as networking, stand-up nights or fashion shows. We offer 10 meeting rooms in various sizes and with different functionality. The Penthouse has a connecting balcony, the Auditorium and Trappan are perfect for lectures and in our Open Space you can invite up to 250 guests.

Conference Hyllie

In Hyllie, we offer two locations with flexible conference solutions for meetings and events. Our rooms are perfect for board meetings, workshops, and training sessions – regardless of size or setup. Mindpark Hyllie and Hyllie Eden are located right next to Hyllie station, making it easy to reach by car or public transport. The proximity to Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) makes us a convenient choice for international meetings.

Conference Mölndal

At Mindpark Mölndal, located between Mölndal Station and Mölndal Galleria, you'll find excellent opportunities for meetings, conferences, workshops, and larger events such as networking mingles, exhibitions – or why not a fashion show? We offer six meeting rooms in various sizes and with different functions, accommodating up to 135 people. Adjacent to the conference rooms are event areas connected to a café and catering service.

Conference Gothenburg

Meeting, conference or event in Gothenburg? At Mindpark Göteborg Järntorget, you can host everything from small meetings to large conferences and events. We’re located right by Järntorget – a perfect spot for you and your guests. We can accommodate up to 150 people, and our staircase area with an adjoining lounge is ideal for talks and mingling. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace for your social gatherings. All technical equipment is, of course, included, and we’re happy to help with food and refreshments.

Conference Malmö City

Planning a meeting or conference in central Malmö? Mindpark is perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from Malmö Central Station. Here, you can meet in our lovely conference rooms for up to 8 people. All technical equipment is included, and we’re happy to arrange catering and coffee. If you’re not arriving by train or bike, excellent parking is available nearby. For larger groups, check out our sister locations in Hyllie.

Conference Lund

Only a few steps from Lund C, right in the middle of the city, you'll find Mindpark Lund. Mindpark Lund offers several meeting rooms in varying sizes. Our largest meeting room accommodates up to 10 people and is perfect for a full-day conference. Full-service and technology is included when you book a meeting and conference room. If you want food and coffee for your meeting, we can of course help you.

The premises are modern and well adapted for both large and small meetings. It's a big plus that there are lots of telephone booths, so the possibilities for a quick meeting in the middle of the conference are good. And the coffee is great!"
