The coworking trend is here to stay!
More and more coworking spaces are opening up at new locations and companies are seeing the benefits of hiring a full-service office hotel – so they can focus on their core business.
The coworkers of Mindpark are happy, and we have had the challenge and pleasure of having full occupancy at our coworking space for a long time. Therefore, we are now delighted to announce that we are expanding with seventeen new offices in connection with our existing popular premises on Bredgatan 11. Some of them will be a bit bigger than our existing. Our current coworkers and their companies are growing and we want to continue to grow with them! We are also looking forward to getting to know the lovely new people and companies that will be part of our community!
In addition to your own office at Mindpark, our coworking space also includes 1900 sqm of common areas. Of course, services such as access to our conference rooms, printers, wifi, cleaning and our delicious coffee are also included. We attach great importance to the comfort of our coworkers and arrange joint breakfasts and events so that we all get to know each other even better.
Mindpark is home to companies in many different industries, and here you’ll find both start-ups and established companies. We believe that it is through interactions between these people and companies that magic appears and companies can grow and benefit from each other.
Since 2019 you can also find us in Lund and Malmö. We strive to create a community so our coworkers have the opportunity to use all the benefits, such as meeting rooms, workplaces and networks in Lund and Malmö as well.

Mindpark Helsingborg växer – igen!
Trenden kring coworking är här för att stanna. Det öppnas coworking spaces på många nya platser och företag ser fördelarna med att hyra in sig i ett kontorshotell med full service för att därigenom kunna fokusera på sin kärnverksamhet.
Hos oss på Mindpark trivs våra coworkers bra och vi har under lång tid haft utmaningen och glädjen att ha full beläggning. Därför är vi nu fantastiskt glada över att kunna berätta att vi bygger ut med sjutton nya kontor i anslutning till våra befintliga populära lokaler på Bredgatan 11. De flesta av dessa kommer att vara lite större än våra existerande kontor. Våra nuvarande coworkers företag växer och vi vill fortsätta växa med dem. Vi ser även fram emot att lära känna nya härliga människor och bolag som blir en del av vårt community!
I vårt coworkingspace ingår, utöver ditt eget kontor, också gemensamma ytor på nästan 1900 kvm. Självklart ingår även service såsom tillgång till konferensrum, skrivare, wifi, städning och vårt goda kaffe. Vi lägger stor vikt vid att våra coworkers trivs och arrangerar gemensamma frukostar och event för att vi alla ska lära känna varandra.
Mindpark är hem till företag inom många olika branscher, och hos oss finns både nystartade företag och etablerade företag. Vi tror att det är i mötet mellan dessa människor och företag som magi skapas och företag kan växa och ha nytta av varandra.
Sedan 2019 finns vi även i Lund och i Malmö och våra coworkers har självklart möjlighet att nyttja alla förmåner såsom mötesrum, arbetsplatser och nätverk även där.
