    Bjurfors chose Mindpark as their headquarters

    Bjurfors is one of Sweden’s largest and oldest privately owned real estate agencies, with around 90 offices across Sweden and in Spain. Previously, they had their headquarters in their own premises, but they chose to move to Mindpark, where they now rent 8 offices.

    We met with Anna Carlstrand, Regional Operations Manager, Bjurfors Västwho shares her best insights on the transition from a traditional office to a coworking space.

    What made you choose Mindpark Mölndal?

    The ability to combine both smaller and larger offices for our employees. That we are all located close to each other, access to all meeting rooms and conference facilities, and of course the service offered to us as coworkers. Additionally, the fact that we can gather our entire region at Mindpark for our monthly meetings also played a strong role in our decision.

    How has the relocation impacted your team’s presence and satisfaction?

    Our employees’ attendance has increased significantly. Now everyone comes into the office much more often. We have also noticed a clear improvement in well-being and a stronger sense of community since moving to Mindpark – a tremendous boost for all of us.
