Det kommer att vara en lugnare yoga så träningskläder behövs inte, men är självklart välkommet! Har du egen yogamatta får du gärna ta med den också.

Welcome to the second and last session lunch yoga with our community friend Mitra.
It will be a gentler form of yoga, so workout clothes are not necessary, but you are of course welcome to wear it. You can also bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
