A venue where you can do almost anything!
We can help you arrange anything from lectures to network events, exhibitions, after works and company activities. The event space has a flexible furnishing that can be adapted for different seating arrangements. We have helped to organize fashion shows, book releases with a live band, IT-pubs, company dinners and a lot more. This is a flexible venue suitable for almost any kind of event. We have a license to sell and serve beer and wine.

Auditoriet
For the large group!
The room has a grandstand that fits up to 80 people. It has a theatrical atmosphere and is suitable for workshops, film viewings, lectures and larger meetings.
Auditoriet is located next to Open Space which is a meeting area for tech, creativity, culture and entrepreneurship in Helsingborg. There are always activities going on right outside!

Trappan
Take a seat at our staircase!
At its first glance, Trappan looks like a regular staircase, but it is actually a really cool auditorium! It is suitable for a shorter lecture or company presentations. It has a unique location with the surrounding crowded area and delivers a different experience. Trappan quickly transforms into a creative auditorium once the pillows are out and the projector and sound system is on!

Penthouse
The most beautiful room in Helsingborg?
Penthouse has a stunning view looking out over central Helsingborg and Öresund. The design of the room makes it suitable for smaller meeting as well as having a network activity for up to 50 guests. The ceilings is high and the large panoramic windows gives the room a minimalistic and majestic feeling. The venue also has a terrace, where you can enjoy a stunning sunset and view of the Öresund in the evening!

Are you looking for a setting that enables you to do a digital or semi-digital event? We have a studio and audience setting for hybrid-event, with both live audience and broadcasting capabilities. Share your needs and we will make sure you have a venue and the technologies required to make your activity as great as possible!
Practicalities
– For hybrid-events a capacity: rooms for 1 to 30 people.
– Equipment: cameras for streaming and/or recording, mix-table for video and audio, microphones, beamer/digital screen. Contact us for detailed list.

Beslutsrummet
The comfy and spacious room!
Beslutsrummet is a smaller meeting room with five comfortable design chairs around a table creating a personal feeling in the room. The room is suitable for both smaller meetings and as a group room. With its smart design, the room feels spacious. We also have the latest technology for disinfecting the room using far-UVC-light.
Practicalities:
– Capacity: 1-5 people

20 h: Beslut- & Parkrummet
For the company with many small meetings, we can offer a 20 hour pass. This gives you a discount when you book smaller rooms, like Parkrummet and Beslutsrummet. The rooms are suitable for 1-5 people.
