The ground work of our business strategy and idea can be downsized into a number of activities and goals. The content is regularly being reconsidered in consultation with our board of directors.

Active projects
We work with a project gross list. All projects will be processed and prioritized in a monthly fashion together with corporate management. Progress is reported to our board of directors. The project gross list, like our business plan, is a living document and will be presented at board meetings. Mindpark is to deliver at least nine projects a year.

Takeovers and investments in existing corporations
Mindpark is to put across and suggest profitable investments and business deals in a continual fashion. Investments can be put into businesses and corporations that are close to our own field of expertise in order to seek out active synergies or they can be pure capital placements.

Communication within the group
Mindpark is to communicate to all personnel and participate on all levels within the group giving our co-workers the possibility to be the best informed in Sweden’s media landscape. Mindpark will symbolize and project openness and dialogue through forums operated by both face to face meetings and digital solutions. The corporate managers will meet at least nine times a year and the market and sales managers two times a year. The board of directors will also meet two times a year and take part in informative and practical oriented work shops.

Intelligence
Mindpark is to capture an image of the imminent future by analyzing traditional media sources, other media channels, blogs and new phenomenon’s, but also by engaging in conferences and field trips. We are to capture tendencies before they become trends.

Extern visibility
Mindpark is to secure a spot in the public media sphere and debate by participating in diverse work/project groups, boards, seminars and so on. Because the company web site presents information from all sides of the media landscape, Mindpark.se will become a mirror reflecting the industry as a whole and also the latest news regarding Mindparks fields of interests.

Efficiencies
Mindpark will function as a strong party in common procuramnents and suggest efficiency proposals within the group.
